Automatica 2025: A Global Showcase of Intelligent Automation and Robotics

Munich, 30.06.25 – From June 24 to 27, 2025, the leading international trade fair automatica in Munich demonstrated how intelligent automation and robotics are tackling the challenges of the future. With nearly 49,300 visitors from over 90 countries and around 800 exhibitors from 40 nations, the event underscored its position as the industry’s premier platform. More than 1,000 robots filled the exhibition halls—ranging from powerful industrial arms by major players like KUKA and ABB to precision-focused innovations such as DH Robotics’ electric grippers designed for handling small, delicate components.

Yet it wasn’t just about robotics.  Machine vision technologies took center stage, showcasing how vital it is for machines to interpret and react to their surroundings. Phil-Vision impressed with ultra-fast inspection systems, while OpenArgos demonstrated advanced 3D vision solutions that enable robots to operate with exceptional accuracy in dynamic, complex environments. Companies like Blank MT complemented the trade fair offering with their latest safety fencing solutions.
